Summary: This static website exists to educate prospective clients about coaching—not to sell data. Because mental health adjacent services demand extra care, transparency here is foundational. Still, HIPAA does not govern certified coaches the way it regulates covered clinical entities; nonetheless I practice proportionate safeguards.

• Appointment scheduling: information you voluntarily enter inside Google Appointment Scheduling (Google Workspace terms apply).
• Emails you initiate: messages sent directly from your mail client retain whatever metadata servers normally log.
• Technical data: hosting providers such as GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages may log IP addresses, timestamps, browsers for security/abuse mitigation.
• Cookies/scripts: this baseline build intentionally avoids trackers; disclose additions if analytics or widgets later load third-party scripts.

How information is used

• To respond ethically to respectful inquiries about coaching services.
• To coordinate scheduling, intake materials, or payment logistics when you become a client.
• To maintain legal, financial, or risk-management records when required.

Legal bases (if GDPR/UK GDPR applies)

Legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, performing pre-contractual steps you request, and occasionally consent for optional marketing (none enabled in this baseline). Non-EU visitors may still benefit from parallel rights upon request.

Sharing & subprocessors

• Form delivery provider (e.g., Formspree or similar) processes contact form posts solely to forward them to our inbox.
• Google Workspace may process calendar metadata for booked sessions.
• Hosts/CDN (Cloudflare, GitHub) provide delivery infrastructure.

Retention

Client records follow written internal policies (customize duration with counsel). Casual inquiries may be deleted sooner unless you become a client or law requires retention.

Security

TLS for transport, strong passwords behind provider consoles, minimized data sprawl—but no digitally transmitted information is invulnerable. Discuss sensitive details after consenting formally when appropriate.

Children’s privacy

Services target adults primarily. Guardians—not minors—must initiate minors’ involvement; describe your policy if you knowingly coach adolescents.
