A note on coaching vs. therapy

Mental health coaching and therapy are different. Coaching is forward-focused, action-oriented, and educational. It is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.

If you are experiencing active trauma symptoms, a mental health crisis, or a clinical diagnosis that requires treatment, I may recommend you work with a licensed therapist—and I’m happy to help you think through how to find a good match. Coaching and therapy can also work beautifully in parallel when your care team agrees it’s clinically appropriate.

I’m transparent because you deserve informed decisions about your care.

Investment & accessibility

I believe healing support should feel reachable wherever possible. If my full rates are a barrier, reach out—I keep a limited number of sliding-scale spaces and occasional scholarships for marginalized communities whenever capacity allows.
